Group gift: how to collect for one shared present

A group gift is for when, instead of many small presents, everyone pools money for one great one. Each person contributes a comfortable amount, and everyone sees the progress toward the goal. Great for coworkers, friends and family.

How it works

How it works

1

Collecting toward a goal

Set a goal (the gift budget) and participants contribute any amount. The page shows progress: how much is collected, who has contributed and how much is left. Transparent for everyone.

2

How people pay

Two options: via the organizer’s payment details with a “I’ve transferred” self-report, or paying right through the service (card/crypto) — whichever the organizer sets up.

3

When to use it

Perfect when the person wants something bigger (a gadget, a voucher, a large item) or when chipping in is simpler than giving separately. A common choice for a colleague’s send-off or a birthday.

4

Collective card

You can add a shared card to a group gift: everyone leaves a warm note, and the recipient gets a beautiful page with all the signatures.

Bonus: add a collective card with everyone’s signatures to the group gift.

Questions

FAQ

Can people contribute different amounts?

Yes. Everyone gives what’s comfortable — the goal is shared, the contribution is individual.

Do I have to pay through the service?

No. By default it’s the organizer’s details plus a self-report. Paying through the service is optional, enabled by the organizer.

Is it visible who contributed how much?

Yes, the list of contributors and amounts is shown — it helps coordination and trust.
